Return/Refund Policy

 

We offer a full 30-day return/refund period for Complex Diet Drops. We are confident that by taking Complex Diet Drops and following the diet protocol exactly as instructed, you will be satisfied. We look forward to hearing your success story! (*30-Day Refund Policy for opened/unopened bottles of Complex Diet Drops and unopened bottles of other products ONLY. We do not accept returns for opened products other than Complex Diet Drops.)

 

Instant Refunds/Order Cancellations

 

Refunds for canceled orders are instantly credited back to the original credit card once an order cancellation request is received and verified.

Order modification requests must be received before 5:00pm EST of the business day in which an order is placed. Order modification requests include canceling an order, changing shipping address, adding/removing products, upgrading/downgrading shipping method. Due to fulfillment timeframes, order modifications and cancellations cannot be processed after 5:00pm EST. Orders placed after 5:00pm EST cannot be canceled or modified prior to shipping.

Refunds will be instantly issued back to the same credit card once the return is received and processed. It can take up to 14 business days to receive a refund after we’ve received your returned package. Refunds will be for the amount of the product ordered. Express shipping is non-refundable.

Return Requirements For Shipped Orders

 

Important: DO NOT REFUSE DELIVERY ON YOUR PACKAGE. Refusing delivery is not the proper way to return your order for a refund. Refused packages may be lost or otherwise unidentifiable, and ineligible for a refund. We do not issue refunds until we successfully receive and process return packages with a valid RMA# as described below. We are not liable for lost or damaged return packages. 

If these requirements are not followed, or if the customer requests a refund after 30 days, no return/refund will be considered. 

  1. Customer must request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date shown on the delivery tracking report, and must send back all original items as received (regardless of whether or not bottle(s) have been opened) within 10 days of requesting the refund. Refunds will not be issued before the return package delivery is accepted and contents verified.
  2. Customer pays return shipping and handling costs.

Step 1: Request a Refund

Please send your refund request to support@biosourcelabs.com. Please addsupport@biosourcelabs.com to your email address book to ensure you can receive emails from us.
Include the following in your email:
a) In the subject line, put “Refund Request”, then include your order #.
b) In the email include your full name, contact number and best time to reach you.
c) Please describe in detail the reason you are requesting a refund. Please be as detailed as possible. We may want to discuss your request with you over the phone as well.
Keep in mind before requesting a refund, that there are many ways we can help troubleshoot any issue you may be experiencing during the diet. Our priority is to help you reach your desired weight loss goals.
Step 2: Send Your Return Package

Package your return with all original items you received. Write your order number clearly on the outside of the package and include your original invoice inside the package. If there is no way to identify the order number for your returned package it is impossible to issue a refund.

  • To ensure a refund is processed correctly and in a timely manner, please send returns to the address provided. Properly identify your return by including your original invoice or write your name and order number on a slip of paper and include it inside the package.
  • Please note that we cannot process or refund packages marked “Return to Sender”. DO NOT REFUSE DELIVERY ON YOUR PACKAGE. Refusing delivery is not the proper way to return your order for a refund. Unidentifiable packages will be held up to 14 business day.
  • Refunds will be instantly issued back to the same credit card once the return is received and processed. It can take up to 14 business days to receive a refund after we’ve received your returned package. Refunds will be for the amount of the product ordered. Express shipping is non-refundable.
  • When returning your package, use a shipping method with delivery confirmation or signature confirmation. We are not liable for lost or stolen return packages.  The customer is responsible for the costs of returning any product. Again, we are not liable for your return items until delivery of your return package is accepted.
  • Returned products must be received within ten (10) days after we receive your request.
  • Once your return is processed you will receive an email confirmation of your return/refund and credit issued.

     

    ***YOU MUST OBTAIN A DELIVERY TRACKING NUMBER FOR YOUR RETURN SHIPMENT***

    This is for your protection. In the even that we have not received your return shipment, without a tracking number there is no way to tell where your package is or if it was even delivered to the proper location. With a tracking number, YOU will be able to verify where and when the package was delivered. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR RETURNS UNTIL WE SUCCESSFULLY RECEIVE YOUR COMPLETE RETURN PACKAGE.
